Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries about products or services.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations and customer details in the database.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and customer engagement.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and clarify their doubts regarding products/services.
  • Handle customer objections politely and persuasively.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to update customer data and follow up on inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in [specific language(s)] required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
